Built an executive-facing business performance dashboard analyzing 12 customers across 24 months of revenue and product usage data, tracking KPIs including YoY revenue growth (93.87%), average revenue per product, and customer-level trends. Identified key insights such as a mid-2023 pricing inflection point, a 166.67% revenue spike in the top-growth account, and two full customer churns—then proposed additional KPIs (CAC by channel, gross margin, customer segmentation) to sharpen go-to-market strategy.
